Diana Milian is a licensed Professional Engineer with extensive experience in land development engineering throughout Northern Virginia.
Her work has supported a wide range of residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects involving site feasibility analysis, stormwater management design, grading and drainage design, utility coordination, and local jurisdiction approvals.
Diana has worked closely with developers, attorneys, architects, and public agencies to identify potential engineering risks early and guide projects through the approval process.
She founded Milinova Engineering Consultants to provide thoughtful, technically sound engineering guidance while maintaining direct involvement in every project.
