Diana Milian is a licensed civil engineer with over 15 years of experience in land development engineering throughout Northern Virginia. Her experience includes site civil design, stormwater management, grading and drainage, utility coordination, and development approvals across a range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. She has worked closely with developers, architects, and project teams to evaluate site constraints, respond to jurisdictional requirements, and guide projects through the approval process. Diana founded Milinova Engineering Consultants to provide practical, responsive engineering support with direct senior-level involvement throughout each project.
Erwin Milian, P.E. | Principal Engineer
Erwin is a licensed Professional Engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering and land development throughout Northern Virginia. He brings a practical, hands-on approach to site design, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, and project delivery. As Principal Engineer at Milinova, Erwin helps lead projects from early feasibility through design and approvals, while also supporting technical standards, quality control, and project coordination. He shares Milinova’s belief that good engineering should look beyond the immediate task, consider the project as a whole, and help clients move forward with practical, well-coordinated solutions.
