Diana Milian is a licensed civil engineer with over 15 years of experience in land development engineering throughout Northern Virginia. Her experience includes site civil design, stormwater management, grading and drainage, utility coordination, and development approvals across a range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. She has worked closely with developers, architects, and project teams to evaluate site constraints, respond to jurisdictional requirements, and guide projects through the approval process. Milinova Engineering Consultants was founded to provide practical, responsive engineering support with direct involvement in every project.
